The shorter answer is that some apps in snap started individually enabling SElinux despite this not being enabled by the system. Most desktop systems have SElinux support and SElinux filesystem labels, although they don’t necessarily enforce this. Jetsons, by default, have not enabled SElinux and have not added SElinux filesystem labels. Those individual applications are what caused this and are not controlled by Jetsons. One can enable the kernel config to support SElinux or otherwise work around the SElinux changes (which are to chromium, not due to Jetsons). You might find some other individual application running in snap do this as well, although I’ve not heard of any yet.
