I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com, but I am unable to complete the phone verification step because my country, Tunisia (+216), is either not supported or not receiving the OTP SMS.

Purpose: Developer API testing, learning, and non-commercial AI application building.
Could you please help manually verify/activate my account so I can access the NIM APIs?
