I am trying to get API access to NVIDIA NIM for development purposes.

However, I cannot complete the phone verification step because Russia (+7) is not listed in the SMS verification countries. Could you please manually verify/activate my account so I can generate a free NIM API key?

I am building a personal AI coding assistant to help me work with large codebases (specifically, the OpenCASCADE (OCCT) geometry library). The assistant will run locally and help me with code analysis, refactoring, and documentation. This is a non-commercial / personal project for prototyping and experimentation.
I am especially interested in using NVIDIA NIM models (like Qwen3.5-397B, MiniMax M2.5, Kimi K2.5) because of their strong reasoning capabilities and OpenAI-compatible API.
