Missing file ‘county_centroid.csv’ in Data Science course?

Hi,

I am going through “Accelerating End-to-End Data Science Workflows“ and I appear to be missing a CSV file in the Jupyter Notebook environment.

Where can I get help? I am assuming I am missing something fairly straight forward, but I am unable to run some of the code (1-07_etl.ipynb missing ‘county_centroid.csv’).
