Missing Public API Endpoints permission in Personal Organization – 403 Forbidden on integrate.api.nvidia.com for Nemotron 3 Super

Hello NVIDIA team,

I’m trying to use the serverless NIM inference endpoint for Nemotron 3 Super via the public API at https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1, but every request returns 403 Forbidden with “detail”: “Authorization failed”.

Details:

  • Account email: SEBASTIAN.GARCIACASANOVA@GMAIL.COM

  • Organization: personal, Apex ai solutions

  • Account status: fully authenticated (phone/email verified)

  • API key: freshly created today (Key Name: “Freya”, expires 03/19/2027, active)

  • Rate limit tooltip: “Up to 40 rpm” (screenshot attached)

  • Tried multiple new keys → same 403

    I also tested a local webpage chatbot I built earlier with an older key and it worked once for a few messages (same endpoint/model), but now even new keys fail with 403.

    From forum threads and docs it seems this is usually caused by the “Public API Endpoints” permission not being enabled on the organization, even for authenticated personal accounts.

    Could you please enable Public API Endpoints access for my organization/account so I can use the free serverless NIM inference for Nemotron 3 Super?

Requesting Public API Endpoints permission for personal org

Hi,

I am experiencing the same 403 Authorization failed error when trying
to use NVIDIA NIM endpoints via NemoClaw.

Details:

  • User: wvtl.health
  • Organisation name: WHO
  • API key prefix: nvapi-CRgwa9
  • Error: HTTP 403: Authorization failed on
    integrate.api.nvidia.com
  • Models attempted: qwen/qwen3.5-397b-a17b,
    nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b
  • Use case: NemoClaw personal development setup

Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission
for my personal organisation?
