NOT ABLE TO INSTALL TORCH==1.4.0 on NVIDIA JETSON NANO

Dear Sir,

I am following the official documentation to install pytorch and torchvision but after cloning the .whl file for torch, it is not being installed. Rather the torch file is being copied and saved.
FYI i have blas library and have updated my Nano.
