Nsight Systems, no "Memory Usage" under CUDA HW

Hello, I am using Nsight systems (2023.3.3) to profile a workload on Ada 6000.

Report was collected with
sudo nsys profile --gpu-metrics-device=all --trace=cuda

However, compared to when I profiled RTX4080 with Nsight sytems 2024.1.1, the report doesn’t show Memory Usage under CUDA HW.

Is the Memory Usage metric an addition made on Nsys versions 2024 and after?

Apologies for the delay, I was a little confused by your question. Memory usage and gpu-metrics are not set the same. Since you are using a workstation card, I think your first best bet is to update to the latest Nsight Systems (2025.1). But yes, memory usage is a fairly recent addition.
