I’ve been trying to purchase couple courses on NVIDIA DLI site , however keep getting the error ‘Payment authorisation failed’

I’ve purchases courses in the past and tried multiple fixes that NVIDIA support asked to try like clear browser cache/history, try multiple cards, try different browser and try incognito mode. None worked !

Hello, which course are you trying to purchase? And have you tried using a different card to pay for the course already? Usually this error is caused by your card issuer preventing the purchase, and you may need to call them in order to allow the purchase to go through.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I purchased 2 courses with the same card and that it stopped to work. I wanted to purchase more (CUDA classes). I just used the same card for another purpose and it worked fine. I have also tried 2 more different types of methods and I got the same thing. I am pretty sure that this problem is on your side.
