Nvidia-smi (354.80) in windows won't show Bus-id or VRAM

Hello there,
We have recently upgraded nvidia driver to 352.83-354.80. Windows VM using K220Q/K240Q/K260Q/K280Q won’t show either Bus-id or VRAM information when I run nvidia-smi. It was working perfectly with 352.70-354.56

Host-xenserver 6.5 sp1
Nvidia grid K2
guest VM: Windows 10 enterprise

Hi Syed,

Thank you for reporting this. QA have confirmed this is a known regression that will be addressed in a future release.

The Bus ID is showing OK in the screenshot posted, but the “Unknown error” reported for Memory Usage is unexpected. This is being tracked under NVIDIA reference 200174467 wit which you can query it’s progress with support etc.

Many thanks for taking the time to raise this.

I believe the regression occured in build R352.
