I have the same warning as in this issue:
NVPARSER: HEVC: Seeking is not performed on IRAP picture
This warning appears when I’ve install YOLOv7 for DeepStream from this repository with default setup.
Everything works fine, but my question is: does this warning affect performance?

Is there a way to remove this warning?

No. It is printed by the low level driver. It will not impact the performance.
