Anyone know where I can find the older CUDA version API/Programming Guides? I keep getting redirected to the latest version(7.0) on the nvidia website. I would prefer .pdf files.

Alternatively, you can download the OSX .pkg and open it as a zip and navigate to the \cuda\doc folder.
Yes, the most reliable, albeit tedious, method is to download the toolkit and install it. That will install the appropriate documentation in pdf and html form.
You can also try googling for the particular version you care about. Various universities took snapshots of the html or pdf docs and made them available.
