I am using NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti for my linux machine and ubuntu is my primary distro. Grub is not installed on my machine. But, I face some issue such as freezing screen. The errors flooding the bus blocking the nvidia gpu stem from the

which seems to have a problem with aspm.
Please try kernel parameter
pcie_aspm=off
instead of pci=noaer and check if you get better results.
