Yes, I have confirmed that 4.0 fixed the issue. I have only tested it on one computer but the 4.0 toolkit compiled to architecture 2.0 64bit on Windows 7 did NOT produce erroneous results.

I am sorry it took so long to reply but we had a lot of problems upgrading the toolkit (which is why I was hesitant to do this). It wasn’t until just the other day that I was able to test the bug. But, yes, it is corrected so all is well.
