Scientists from NVIDIA, in collaboration with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab), released a machine learning tool called Huge Ensembles (HENS) for extreme-weather prediction that brings supercomputer-class forecasting but at significantly less computational power and cost.
