Problem about setup with C++ on Visual Studio 2019

Hi guys,

I downloaded the toolkit and installed it, now I can find the CUDA dependencies in my Visual Studio 2019, and I also make the input cudart.lib for the linker. But I face a syntax error for <<< >>>, I think it is related the setup.
