I have installed CUDA 11.8 for stable support
nvcc: NVIDIA (R) Cuda compiler driver

Cuda compilation tools, release 11.8, V11.8.89

but when i tried to installed pytorch for windows
pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118
i got following error
ERROR: Wheel ‘torch’ located at C:\Users-—\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-unpack-vsfpo0zm\torch-2.2.1+cu118-cp311-cp311-win_amd64.whl is invalid.
