"Rapid Application Development with Large Language Models (LLMs)" cannot be restarted

Hello,

I participated in the “Rapid Application Development with Large Language Models (LLMs)” course yesterday. However, I am unable to take the assessment because the training environment will not start.

When I click the “restart” button to launch the training environment, it gets stuck loading and never proceeds. I have tried refreshing the page and clearing my browser cache, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a workaround or a solution to get the training environment restarted? I am eager to complete the course assessment.

Hello! The virtual machine does take ~10-15 minutes to spin up when you click “Restart”.

If the VM does not spin up in 15 minutes, I recommend putting in a support case: https://enterprise-support.nvidia.com/s/create-case
