I am currently looking for using the shared GPU resource which is running on Linux machine. However, the CUDA code is created using OpenGL/CUDA interop within Visual Studios 2013. I am wondering if it is possible to recompile the code to the Linux machine, do you have any example for that? The setting of the GPU is listed below:
9 nodes, each with 7 GPUs nVidia GF110 (Geforce GTX 580)
