Request to enable "Public API Endpoints" for my personal organization (ruisnow)

Hello NVIDIA Developer Support,

I’m writing to request activation of the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal NVIDIA organization.

Account details:

Symptom:

  • GET https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/models returns 200 with the full model list
  • POST https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/chat/completions returns 403 {"status":403,"title":"Forbidden","detail":"Authorization failed"} for every model tested (including deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4.1-flash, which shows “Free Endpoint: Available” in the web UI)
  • The web Playground on build.nvidia.com works fine with the same account

Based on community discussions, this appears to be caused by my personal organization missing the “Public API Endpoints” entitlement. Could you please manually enable it?

This is purely for personal development and testing. I confirm compliance with all usage policies.
