Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am using NVIDIA Build for personal development and testing. My API key is active, but requests to the NVIDIA hosted /v1/chat/completions API are timing out and returning HTTP 504.
I also tested the NVIDIA Build Playground directly, without my application, and it showed “Retries exhausted: 3/3.”
On my API Key generation page, I only see Key Name and Expiration. I do not see an option for Public API Endpoints.
Could you please check whether Public API Endpoints access is enabled for my Personal Organization and enable it if required?
