I am encountering the “API Access Unavailable - Please contact support to verify your account” error when trying to generate API keys on build.nvidia.com.
Here are my account details:
- Registered Email: gchanduram12345@gmail.com
- NVIDIA Cloud Account ID: 0994382362556612
- Error Message: “API Access Unavailable. Please contact support to verify your account.”
I am using this for personal developer testing and building AI agent workflows. Could you please manually enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my account?
