Revive dead Connectx-3 Cards ?

Hi,

I purchased 3 ConnectX-3 MCX311A-XCAT Cards and had them ship from USA to Germany -

unfortunately two of these cards seem to be dead on arrival - I also put a jumper on the FNP Pins - the green light on the NIC then lights - but the cards are not present in windows or linux and MST does not find anything.

Is there anything else I could do with those cards besides returning them ?

Hi Christeen,

thanks four your offer - however these were used cards with expired garanty and I just returned them. I thought maybe there was some simple solution like reprogramming the FPGA/CPLD using the JTAG Interface or checking things out via the I2C.
