I am looking for the schematics and layout of the Jetson IO Base A.

Can anyone tell me if and where these are available.

An SMD component (R or C) has fallen off and I would like to know what the value is

What board do you mean? What we can provide are all in DLC, please find Jetson Nano carrier board P3449 docs there.
