What about those of is who are high school students? How can we benefit from the discount pricing?
- The Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit for students is offered for 399 USD in Germany. I recommended this offer, but my friend was faced by additional 44.03 $ shipping and handling costs by “SparkFun”. The shipping costs were indicated before placing the order. However, after having received the kit, FedEx sent an invoice over 104,78 EUR for handling and import VAT. This amount has never been announced.
Please, check if this pricing model for students agrees with the intentions of nvidia.

My team and I plan to take both thermal and RGB images using a standard drone. These images will be taken from infrastructure sites, and our goal is to apply machine learning algorithms to analyze the data, probably focusing on crack detection.
I’ve come across the Jetson kit, an AI computing platform that can process and analyze data directly from cameras, enhance image quality, recognize objects, and make real-time decisions. Given this capability, I was wondering how we might further extend or enhance our project, considering the Jetson kit can already handle some of these tasks.
