TensorRT 5 GA is now available for download from:

TensorRT 5 provides new optimizations, INT8 APIs and supports the new Turing architecture achieving up to 40x faster inference over CPU-only platforms. It introduces support for the Windows and CentOS operating systems.

Note: TensorRT 5 GA for Windows has also now available. (Updated 11-13-2018)
