Text To Speech Models on Jetson Orin Nano with Voice Clone + Expressions

I have tried moving past Kokoro and Piper, both of which were easy to setup on Jetson Orin Nano to something with Voice Clone capability and possibly expressions while maintaining a reasonable latency. I did not manage to get Qwen 3 0.6B TTS to work at all and Chatterbox Turbo worked but with quite the latency. Are there any other known TTS models that are known to with the Jetson and offer at the very least voice cloning and reasonable latency.
