UART2 on J14

Is it possible to use UART2 on pins 3/4 of J14 on the dev board (I can use UART1 on J12 fine, this isn’t about that one)?

The manual lists those pins as “UART2 (DEBUG)” and they are marked as TX/RX on the board itself.

If they are being used by the system can that be overridden?

UART2 is for debug, better to use it as debug only.

Does “better to use” mean “can only be used for” or is there a way it can be repurposed?
