Unable to Access NIM microservices

I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com to access NIM microservices for a development project. I cannot complete the phone verification step because Pakistan (+92) is not available in the dropdown.

From my research, this doesn’t appear to be an isolated issue. Multiple developers have reported the same problem:
