Hi,
I have a bluefield-2 SmartNic with Ubuntu22.04 that was flashed through SDKmanger.
And I downloaded MLNX_OFED_LINUX-5.8-3.0.7.0-ubuntu22.04-aarch64.
system information is as follows
Linux version 5.15.0-1021-bluefield (buildd@bos02-arm64-044) (gcc (Ubuntu 11.4.0-1ubuntu1~22.04) 11.4.0, GNU ld (GNU Binutils for Ubuntu) 2.38) #23-Ubuntu SMP Fri Aug 4 18:24:48 UTC 2023
During installation,instruction ‘sudo ./mlnxofedinstall --with-nvmf --force’ Instruction successfully executed.
But error happens while restarting nvme-module,the error information is as follows
ubuntu@localhost:~/MLNX_OFED_LINUX-5.8-3.0.7.0-ubuntu22.04-aarch64$ sudo /etc/init.d/openibd restart
Unloading HCA driver: [ OK ]
Loading HCA driver and Access Layer: [FAILED]
Please run /usr/sbin/sysinfo-snapshot.py to collect the debug information
and open an issue in the http://support.mellanox.com/SupportWeb/service_center/SelfService
How to fix this？Looking forward to your reply.
Are you install OFED on DPU ARM OS?
DPU BFB had OFED build in not support OFED reinstall.
