Hi everyone / NVIDIA team,
I’m posting about the persistent SMS verification failure on
build.nvidia.com for Chinese numbers.
My info:
- Account email: 1223639384@qq.com
- Phone: +86 18774686678 (China Mobile)
- Region: China
Problem: The verification SMS never arrives. I have tried multiple times
today (2026-09-15) across different networks (WiFi and cellular), in
incognito mode with all extensions disabled, and after confirming with
China Mobile that international SMS reception is enabled on my line.
My profile Country/Region matches my phone number. The code simply never
shows up, not even in the spam folder.
Based on other threads here, this looks like an SMS gateway routing
issue affecting Chinese carriers rather than a problem on my end.
Request: Could NVIDIA support please offer manual verification for my
account as an alternative to SMS? I’m happy to provide any additional
details or screenshots needed.
If anyone else from mainland China hit this recently and found a working
solution, please share - much appreciated.
