I am writing to formally request manual verification for my developer account, as I am currently unable to complete the phone number verification process required to generate API keys on build.nvidia.com.
Issue Details:
During the phone verification step, I noticed that Pakistan (+92) is not available in the country selection dropdown menu. Due to this limitation, I am unable to receive the OTP (One-Time Password) and cannot proceed with account verification.
This restriction is preventing me from accessing NVIDIA NIM / AI & Data Science APIs, which I intend to use for integrating AI capabilities into my application.
Account Information:
Registered Email: abdulhannanshazli@gmail.com
Region: Pakistan (+92)
Platform: build.nvidia.com (NIM API Access)
Request:
I kindly request the support team to manually verify or whitelist my account so I can proceed with API key generation and continue development.
This issue seems to affect multiple developers in Pakistan, so your support would be greatly appreciated.
Please let me know if any additional information is required.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
Abdul Hannan
