Using CUDA with NVIDIA Grid K2

Hi!

Just a simple question: Do you know if it’s possible to use an NVIDIA GRID K2 with CUDA, doing a full GPU passthrough or (ideally) one of the virtualized GPUs like the K280Q?

GPU acceleration is really nice once you install base (XenServer) and VM NVIDIA drivers, but I would like to know if it’s possible to use CUDA.

Best regards!

You might want to search further, but I believe CUDA is only doable for a straight passthroughIn VMWare terms… Virtual Shared Graphics Acceleration (vSGA) does not provide CUDA, however Virtual Direct Graphics Acceleration (vDGA) does.

you might want to check the latest driver version of grid, (currently 5.2) it should support using cuda on windows platform only, we tried it with P40.
