Hi NVIDIA Support Team,
I am requesting assistance to verify my account and restore API access on build.nvidia.com / NVIDIA NIM.
When trying to access or manage API Keys under my organization Navarro-Team, I get the following message:
“API Access Unavailable - Please contact support to verify your account access.”
I previously submitted a support ticket/email, but I haven’t received a response yet, so I am posting here in hopes of getting this resolved.
