"We encountered an error. Please try again" Problem

Hello NVIDIA Support,

I am currently completing the Fundamentals of Accelerated Computing with CUDA Python. However, I ran into an “We encountered an error. Please try again” when trying to launch the third task. I can not complete the task and the due date is today. Would it be possible to add a few more credits or hours, so I can finish the course?

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
