With INT8 the accuracy of the network_api_pytorch_mnist model drops to less than 10 %

I have written sample program with CUDA Graph but unable to implement it for this program.

So I request you to please provide a code how to convert this network_api_pytorch_mnist code to make use of CUDA Graph.
