Workday Portal Sync Error - Unable to complete questionnaire and schedule panel (JR2012895)

Hello NVIDIA team,

I am hoping to get some quick assistance with a Workday portal glitch that is currently blocking the scheduling of an active interview cycle.

This afternoon, 03/31/26, I received an email invitation to complete a questionnaire and schedule a panel interview for role (Req ID: JR2012895).

Email snippet below:

”…To help us schedule, please create your Candidate Home Account by using the link below and complete your availability questionnaire. Once we have you scheduled, we will send a confirmation email within 48 hours with more details…”

However, my Workday candidate portal is concurrently showing a ‘Declined’ status from an application multiple weeks earlier. This state-machine error is suppressing my active tasks, blocking my ability to access the questionnaire and get the panel scheduled.

I have already flagged this directly to nvrecruitingbot@nvidia.com with screenshots, but to maintain scheduling momentum, I am surfacing it here to request a manual reset of my application status to ‘Active’ on the backend so I can immediately clear these pending tasks.

@TomNVIDIA, I hope it is okay that I looped you in. I noticed your excellent help in successfully resolving similar Workday portal errors for others recently, and I would appreciate any guidance you can provide to help unblock this.

I was able to get back into the portal and complete the availability questionnaire successfully.
