Hi guys,

hoping someone can help, I bought the course, Getting Started with Deep Learning

I was 67% complete the course but I got the error message " You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment. If you believe this message is in error, please contact support."

Is the course not self-paced and owned by you or how can I get the extra time to get to 75% completion? I emailed support twice several weeks ago but have not heard a response yet.

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
