3D Grids dimension sizes TeslaC2050, Cuda Driver 3.2 only 2d grids possible

Hi,

i have a problem with the maximum Z-dimension size of a Grid. At home i have a GTX480 with Cuda Driver Version 4.0 and i can use Grid sizes of 65536^3. At work i use a Tesla C2050 with Cuda Driver 3.2 and i can only use grids of 65536x65536x1.

Both cards have the same Compute Capability and should be able to use 3D grids. Is it a driver Issue, or is the Tesla a crippled version of the Fermi chip?

I attached the deviceQuery from the Tesla.

Thx for all helpful replies.
