570 release feedback & discussion

Had an issue with nv_drm_atomic_commit Flip event timeouts, used nvidia_drm.fbdev=0 to prevent it.

VRR/LFC is broken. At high frame rates, the monitor will mostly mirror the application frame rate as expected. As the frame rate decreases, the reported frame rate at the monitor will start to deviate and the lower the frame rate the greater the deviation. As the frame rate starts approaching the VRR minimum, it becomes so unstable that it engages LFC when it should not. On a monitor with a range of 48-144, a stable 55 at the application ends up on the monitor as anywhere between 40-144 and is rapidly switching between LFC and non-LFC.
