The problem has been described by Faith Ekstrand at XDC 2025: PowerPoint Presentation. In a nutshell solution requires a rewrite of some Vulkan extensions and how descriptors are handled by the Nvidia driver. So it is a mid/long-term action which will not accelerate by ranting every other week. Although situation is not ideal, at least recent releases have shown progress in bug fixing, at least for me in some areas (e.g. monitor wake up at high refresh rate).
