I’m unable to complete phone verification on build.nvidia.com to obtain NIM API access. The page shows that the OTP has been sent, but no SMS ever arrives on my phone.

Problem description:
After entering my phone number and clicking send, the page confirms the OTP was sent. However, I have never received the SMS, even after multiple attempts over several days.
Troubleshooting steps already taken:

Entered the number in correct format (11 digits, no leading zero, no spaces)

Waited 30+ minutes between attempts

Tried Chrome and Edge, including incognito mode, and cleared cache and cookies

Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data, without VPN

Checked spam and blocked-message folders (empty)

Confirmed with my carrier that international SMS receiving is enabled

The page now shows “This phone number has exceeded limits.”
My assessment:
Based on the above, I believe the international SMS is being filtered at the carrier gateway level, which is a known issue for +86 numbers.
Request:
Could you please manually verify my account or reset the phone verification status so that I can proceed to generate the API key?
