Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I cannot complete phone verification on build.nvidia.com. After attempting the SMS OTP, my account now shows “API Access Unavailable - Please contact support to verify your account access” and I am unable to generate a NIM API key.
Account details:
- Registered email: 10239259@qq.com
- NVIDIA org: 1080071975090217
- Region: China (+86)
- Phone number tried: a mainland China number (real-name personal mobile, not VoIP / virtual / disposable)
Problem:
The page accepts my number and opens the OTP entry screen. It says to wait up to 90 seconds, but no SMS ever arrives. I also tried “Resend code” and waited much longer than 90 seconds.
Already tried:
- Enabled international SMS receiving with my carrier
- Checked spam / blocked message folders
- Incognito browser, cleared cache and cookies
- Retried at different hours over several days
- Confirmed the number is active and receives other international SMS normally
My account already has the required entitlements:
- NVIDIA Developer Program member (isRdpMember: true)
- NIM Dev, Omniverse Dev, NVIDIA Dev subscriptions active
Could you please manually verify my account, or let me know what else I need to provide? I have also emailed help@build.nvidia.com as instructed in the pinned post and can provide the full phone number and a screenshot there.
