Unable to Verify my Account to get API Access

I’m currently unable to complete the phone verification process while trying to activate my account on the NVIDIA Build – NIM APIs platform.

I am in United states, and have not received any otp code despite waiting beyond the 90-second window and multiple resend attempts.
