Resolving Account Access issues

If you’re having issues verifying your account on build.nvidia.com, please send an email to help@build.nvidia.com.

Be sure to include:

  1. the email address you registered with on build.nvidia.com

  2. any phone number(s) you tried to verify

  3. details of any error message you received (including a screenshot)

I already message them 3days ago. Everything is perfect in my side, but they are just ignoreing me. The Help section of nvidia is sucks.It is too frustating.Still it is the 4th day of mail them. Iam mailing the support constantly but they just ignores.WHAT THE HACK IS GOING ON!!!

I sent the email. But no response.

Like many others, I can’t receive my OTP verification code, Tried with multiple browser on multiple devices, nothing work, no error message, just a page that ask me to enter the code I never get. Tried emailing help@build.nvidia.com like asked, and like other on this forum, never got an answer, any way to fix this ???

I’ve sent through an email, including a follow up, and haven’t received a response.

Bumping this, also haven’t received an OTP code yet. Sent an email too.

10 days since I sent them an email following the step in this post, still nothing, and OTP still doesn’t work…

EDIT: About 15 hours after this post, I received an OTP text. I then requested another one, received it right away, and was able to verify my account. Thanks to anyone who may have helped!


It’s been 15 days since I reached out about the broken phone verification system. I still can’t receive OTPs, which blocks me from generating an API key to use the NIM APIs. Multiple developers on this forum have reported the same issue for months.

It’s absurd to receive onboarding emails for APIs we can’t access because verification is broken. Could we please get a real status update and timeline for a fix?

5 days now, haven’t been reached back by nvidia

Been like 10 days, still havent gotten a single response to my mail, i cant get an api key because i cant receive an opt, please. if someone from the support team is seeing this. respond to my email :(

A month here trying to get this resolved, sent 4 emails, never got any answers, tried on 4 browsers on both android and windows, no go. The forum is full of people having this issue for months now…

The “Verify your account to get API access” does not work, and does not provide any indication why it doesn’t.

To whom I can plead the grievance?

I don’t know what I did wrong or why my account ended up like this.

Same issue, Canada, no response from support.

Tried resetting my password to something simpler, turning on two factor, filling in all of the account information page.

same here, did you get this working at all?

The issue is still not fixed. Tried to verify account with my Canadian number and the sms never comes. Its interesting how long this issue has been going on without a fix. Can any of the moderators advise? I have also sent an email but no response yet.
