It is no secret that the verification process on build.nvidia.com has been challenging for both the community and NVIDIA. It’s honestly been pretty frustrating from both sides, but please understand that we hear your feedback and are working through it.
This is a complex problem, and one in which we cannot be open about the fixes that are currently being implemented.
Our Engineering team is working on a solution and will be reaching out to users that have contacted support via help@build.nvidia.com as soon as status updates are available.
The end goal remains the same: maintaining a secure platform while ensuring our developer community can access the tools and resources they need without unnecessary friction.

hi, are the mails sent to help@build.nvidia.com being processed? I’m not getting the OTP and I was instructed to send an email to that address which I did, but I didn’t get any reply.
Ok, but while the process for improvement is taking place. How does Nvidia helps its developers? I’ve been waiting now for 3 weeks and no response whatsoever.
Would you be able to assist this OTP issue ?
I am experiencing the exact same issue. I entered my German phone number for verification and have been waiting for the OTP for quite some time now. Even though it’s stated that the code should arrive within 90 seconds, I still haven’t received anything. Could you please look into this or provide an alternative way to verify my account?

I have the same stupid issue
It states that my phone number has exceeded limits. Please try a different phone number or try again later. While it’s my very first time, I’m trying to get access to it!

Same issue for me. I get the “ This phone number has exced limits” error.

Same issue with an Austrian number. Account verification is a complex issue for sure. But having a GUI that isn’t setting +43 when your clicking Austria and removing Austria as your location when your entering a +43 phone number is one hell of a broken GUI implementation.

@Aharpster Since this post was about a month ago is there any progress or movement on the status on this? I am sure everyone is hard at work on this issue, and obviously the forum is filling up with similar requests and responses. Is there anything more we can do than email the help@build.nvidia.com address?
I posted on this Forum, then 24 hours later I tried again this evening. It is still not working on some versions of Chrome browser. So, I tried Edge Browser and IT WORKED !!!
Please assist. Verification failure. Sent email as well.
