Manual Phone Verification Request for NVIDIA Build API

I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com for personal development and testing, but I cannot complete the phone verification step because I am not receiving the automated SMS code to my region.
Could you please manually verify my account or bypass the SMS verification requirement?
