Phone verification failed/ Rate limited

Hello,

I am attempting to set up my environment on nvidia.com, but I am completely locked out by the phone verification gateway.

Issue Details:

  • Country Code: +254

  • Error Behavior: The system immediately blocks the request, throwing an error indicating that the number has exceeded limits or failed verification.

  • Context: This exact phone number and account setup worked perfectly until recently. I am now stuck in a local rate-limit loop at the edge API layer (://nvidia.com) before any SMS message is even dispatched by your system.
