Hi NVIDIA Support Team and Community Moderators, I am unable to access my developer dashboard or generate API keys on ://nvidia.com due to an automated profile restriction. While setting up my account, I experienced consecutive phone verification failures (SMS delivery errors). After multiple attempts, the system locked me out, and I am now permanently blocked by the following banner: “Please contact support to verify your account.” I understand from other forum threads that this is a known anti-fraud threshold issue requiring a manual backend fix by the engineering team. Could a moderator please escalate my account for manual whitelisting? Here are my details (excluding sensitive data): Platform: nvidia.com Region/Country Code: [Kenya / +254] Issue: “Please contact support” banner after failed OTP attempts. I have already emailed help@://nvidia.com with my registered email address and phone number, but I am posting here to ensure it reaches the right triage team. (Note to Moderators: Please let me know if I need to DM my registered email address to you directly.) Thank you for your help!
