about gpu usage in win10 task manager

hi, there is gpu usage in win10 task manager, I find my process always show 0%, but actually the gpu is busy in my process. about the reason?

I use CUDA in my process, I find there are 4 engines displayed in win10, for example, 3D, video.
does anyone help me?
