About the rtx4090 video codec performance

I want to use the rtx4090 graphics card to decode multiple 1080p h265 video streams for panoramic stitching. I want to know how many 1080P h265 video streams the rtx4090 can decode at once?

Please refer to Video Code SDK | NVIDIA Developer. The L40 GPU is somehow similar to RTX4090 GPU. For 1080p30fps HEVC 8-bit videos, it can support up to 127 streams theoretically.
